Q: What is oud?

A: Oud, also known as agarwood, is a rare and luxurious fragrance ingredient with a rich, woody aroma. It has been treasured for centuries in Middle Eastern, Asian, and luxury perfumery.

Q: How do I apply oud attar?

A: Simply roll a small amount on your pulse points—such as wrists, behind the ears, and the sides of your neck. The warmth of your skin will release the fragrance throughout the day.

 

Q: Are your oud attars unisex?

A: Yes! Many Lamiel Oud attars are unisex and can be enjoyed by anyone. Each fragrance is carefully crafted to complement a variety of personalities, styles and occasions. However some blends feature note combinations that may lean more traditionally masculine or feminine, depending on their scent profile.

Q: How long does the scent last?

A: Our attars are concentrated oils and typically last between 8–12 hours, depending on your skin type, environment, and application.

Q: Do you use alcohol in your attars?

A: No. All Lamiel Oud attars are alcohol-free, making them gentle on the skin and long-lasting.

Q: Where do you ship?

A: We currently ship across the UK. International shipping will be available soon.

Q: How much is delivery?

A: We offer two UK delivery options:

2nd Class – £3.50, estimated delivery within 2–3 working days.

1st Class – £4.70, estimated delivery within 1–2 working days.

We also offer free delivery on all UK orders over £50.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened attars. However, if your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
